We evaluate all rental applications based on verification of identification, employment, income, rental history, and credit history.
- Photo ID is required.
- Approximately 2 1/2 times the monthly rent as income (Gross income before taxes).
- A credit report and application are required for all applicants 18 and over.
- Employment Verification: Most recent 30 consecutive days of paystubs, offer letters are accepted, and verbal employment confirmation.
- Employed for a minimum of 6 months at current or similar employment industry.
- Verification of prior rental history of up to 3 years (when possible).
- $50 non-refundable application fee to cover credit report and all other aspects of verifying information on your application.
- $300 to reserve an apartment home (Non-Refundable after 3 days from approval), but will go towards your security deposit if approved.
- Renters Insurance is required during tenancy.
- Any false information submitted on the application will be cause for the application to be automatically denied.
